During the visit, delegates learned about deer breeding and care techniques, the processing of deer-based products, and the cooperative’s production and business activities.
Established in 2017 with nine members, the cooperative has expanded to 50 official members after nearly 10 years of operation, raising more than 500 deer of various kinds.
In addition to deer farming, the cooperative has also developed honeybee farming, fruit tree cultivation, and integrated livestock production models.
In 2025, the cooperative supplied the market with 150 kilograms of deer antlers, 50 kilograms of deer glue, 600 liters of honey, and more than 100 breeding deer, generating a total profit of over VND 3.67 billion. The average income of cooperative members reached around VND 12 million/person/month.
Through the field visit, delegates exchanged experiences in developing collective economic models, strengthening production and product consumption linkages, and improving livelihoods for veterans’ association members.
