The land running along the Cau River presents a stark contrast in lifestyle between its two banks. On one side lies a bustling city center filled with high-rise buildings, shopping centers, convenient transportation systems, and bright lights at night. On the other side, a peaceful and quiet agricultural area prevails. However, as new bridges and synchronized transportation infrastructure have been used recently, the urban-rural divide between the two banks is gradually narrowing. Notably, the agricultural areas east of the Cau River, such as Linh Sơn and Huong Thuong (in Thai Nguyen City), are being "awakened" like a promised land.
