Groundbreaking ceremony for GO! Pho Yen shopping center

Recently, Central Retail Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for the GO! Pho Yen shopping center in Van Xuan Ward. Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, and Mr. Bui Van Luong, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and leaders of the Provincial People’s Committee, attended the event.

The GO! Pho Yen project has a total investment of over VND 400 billion and is being developed under a multi-utility shopping center model, with a total floor area of more than 12,000 m2. The GO! hypermarket will cover approximately 4,736 m2 and is expected to offer more than 40,000 items, including consumer goods, food products, household items, and daily necessities to serve residents.

The project will also include a restaurant and food area, a children’s entertainment zone, convenience store chains, and a wide range of fashion and service brands. This will be the 46th shopping center in the Group’s system in Vietnam, and also the first large-scale modern retail project in the southern area of Thai Nguyen province.

According to the plan, the shopping center is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in October 2027.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Duong Van Luong urged the investor to focus resources on ensuring the project’s progress and construction quality. He also called on departments and agencies to continue supporting the project by addressing difficulties, improving the investment environment, and helping businesses develop effectively.
