The program was jointly organized by the People’s Committee of Bac Kan Ward in coordination with Duc Xuan Ward and the communes of Phong Quang, Cam Giang, and Phu Thong, attracting nearly 200 amateur performers and non-professional artists. With carefully staged performances, the program expressed the deep respect and gratitude of local officials and residents toward President Ho Chi Minh, while also promoting grassroots cultural and artistic movements.

The program consisted of three chapters: "The Most Beautiful Lotus Flower," "Following in the Footsteps of the Great Leader," and "The Image of Uncle Ho Shines Forever in Our Lives," vividly portraying the life, ideology, and great contributions of Ho Chi Minh. The event helped foster patriotism, inspire national pride, strengthen unity, and encourage collective efforts to build an increasingly prosperous and civilized homeland.
