During an on-site inspection of the project of Ring Road No.1 (Bo Dau, Phu Luong – Hoa Thuong, former Dong Hy) and the Hoa Thuong urban bypass route, the Chairman requested local authorities to focus on land clearance and urgently complete infrastructure in resettlement areas to relocate residents. For households required to relocate, appropriate temporary accommodation support plans should be considered to ensure stable living conditions for local people.

He also stressed that at locations where land has already been cleared, if contractors continue to delay construction and fail to meet the schedule, both the project owner and the construction contractor must take responsibility.

Regarding the Dong Lien – Huong Son bridge and road construction project, he assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to review and submit a detailed report before May 15 on land use, land acquisition, and outstanding issues related to land pricing in order to facilitate land clearance.

During the working program, the provincial chairman also conducted field inspections of several facilities proposed for functional conversion. He instructed the Provincial Project Management Board for Civil and Industrial Construction Investment to urgently hire an independent inspection unit to assess the current quality of these facilities, and to coordinate with the Department of Finance to determine asset value, serving as an accurate basis for developing an appropriate utilization plan.
