Groundbreaking ceremony for City Home Urban Area Project

On May 19, Thai Nguyen Province held the groundbreaking ceremony for the City Home Urban Area Project in Van Xuan Ward. Mr. Dinh Quang Tuyen, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, attended the ceremony. The project is among a series of works launched simultaneously to commemorate the 136th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh.

The City Home Urban Area Project is invested by a consortium of BNB Group Joint Stock Company and CIPUTRA Thai Nguyen Limited Liability Company. Covering an area of more than 48 hectares, the project has a total investment of over VND 1.2 trillion.

The project includes a comprehensively developed technical infrastructure system and many components such as social housing, townhouses, villas, commercial and service facilities, public areas, green spaces, and sports facilities. 

Its implementation is expected to improve urban infrastructure, expanding the supply of social housing, and meeting the growing housing demand of workers and laborers in the locality.

Representatives of the investors affirmed that they will mobilize manpower, equipment, and financial resources to ensure the project is completed on schedule and in line with committed quality standards.
