All selected projects are relatively large in scale, with high total investment levels, and are distributed across several key areas of the province, clearly reflecting a development orientation that ensures balanced growth among industry, urban development, housing, and production.
These works and projects carry clear political and socio-economic significance. They will help expand industrial development space, create more cleared land and technical infrastructure to attract investment, and increase the housing supply, especially social housing, while forming integrated residential and urban areas.
At the same time, they will effectively tap into each locality’s industrial, service, and agro-forestry potential and advantages to create jobs, increase budget revenue, accelerate economic restructuring, and improve people’s living standards.
