The ecosystem is designed to transform collaboration from one-off partnership agreements, internship support and recruitment into long-term, ongoing cooperation, with dedicated spaces, programs and products, as well as the direct participation of businesses within the university environment.
Under this ecosystem, the government provides strategic direction while connecting policies and resources; the university organizes collaborative spaces and delivers education and research programs; and businesses participate directly in education, research, product development, recruitment and technology transfer.
One of the ecosystem's key components is a nearly 2,500-square-meter Enterprise Collaboration Space located on the university campus. The facility enables businesses to establish research offices, develop products, implement workforce training programs, organize internships and recruitment activities, conduct technology transfer, and collaborate with faculty members and students on research projects. Through this model, ICTU has built a network of more than 340 corporate partners.
In addition to education and research cooperation, the ecosystem also features a Reading Culture Space and a Digital Studio, creating an environment that supports learning, hands-on practice, and digital content creation within the university.
