Groundbreaking ceremony for Yen Binh Concentrated Digital Technology Park Project

On July 2, Van Xuan Digital Technology Investment Co., Ltd., a member of Sai Gon Real Estate Corporation, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Yen Binh Concentrated Digital Technology Park Project in Van Xuan Ward and Diem Thuy Commune, Thai Nguyen Province.

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung; Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Huy Dung; along with representatives of central ministries, agencies and localities in the region attended the ceremony.

Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, and Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, also attended the ceremony.

The Yen Binh Concentrated Digital Technology Park covers an area of 197.61 hectares with a total investment of more than VND 3.5 trillion. It is planned as a Digital - Green - Net Zero ecosystem, integrating research and development (R&D) facilities, data centers, hardware and software manufacturing, a financial center, commercial and service facilities, housing for experts, and a high-quality workforce training system.

The project aims to attract enterprises operating in strategic technology sectors such as artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductors, data centers, big data, cybersecurity, integrated circuit design, automation, and smart manufacturing solutions, helping to build an innovation ecosystem and create a new growth driver for the digital economy.
