Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee, and a working delegation inspected the progress of the urgent project to build the Huu Cau Dike section from Cao Ngan Bridge to Thac Huong Dam.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026, Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, visited, presented gifts, and extended New Year greetings to officials and employees of the Thai Nguyen Urban Drainage and Infrastructure Development Company.

On the afternoon of February 8, in Van Lang Commune, Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, and Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee, attended a program to implement the elimination of telecommunications “no-signal areas,” and to present smartphones to residents.

On the afternoon of February 7, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee, had a working session with a delegation from AEONMALL Vietnam and CMH Group Vietnam to exchange views and discuss orientations for studying and investing in a shopping mall project in Thai Nguyen.

On the morning of February 4, the 14th-term Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Council held its 11th session to review and pass several important matters related to the management and organization of tasks for socio-economic development in 2026 and the following years.

In celebration of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2026), welcoming the success of the 14th National Party Congress, and continuing to concretize the Party’s major guidelines on digital transformation and the promotion of historical and cultural heritage values, on February 2, at the National Historical Site where the first Communist Party organization of Thai Nguyen Province was established, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Youth Union, in coordination with Mobifone Thai Nguyen Branch, held the inauguration ceremony of a youth project on digitizing the site.

Recently, Thai Nguyen Province held a groundbreaking ceremony for the project to construct the new Gia Bay Bridge, a key and urgent transport project aimed at remedying the consequences of disasters, enhancing the flood drainage capacity of the Cau River, and completing the central urban infrastructure of Thai Nguyen Province.
