On the afternoon of 11 December, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, conducted a field inspection at two planned sites: the Thai Nguyen Municipal Solid Waste Treatment and Waste-to-Energy Plant Project in Tan Cuong Commune, and the Thai Nguyen Industrial and Medical Solid Waste Treatment Plant Project in Phuc Thuan Ward.

On the morning of November 30, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính attended an online conference summarizing Project 939, “Supporting Women’s Startups in the 2017–2025 period,” and launching tasks for the 2026–2035 period.
