Vo Tranh sets two Vietnam records, honoring tea culture

On the evening of June 28, the program "Vo Tranh – The Legacy of the Tea Region: A Journey of Innovation, Growth and Development" was held in Vo Tranh Commune, Thai Nguyen Province.

The event celebrated the cultural and historical values of the Vo Tranh tea-growing region while highlighting its achievements in socio-economic development and the promotion of the local tea brand.

A highlight of the program was a large-scale performance of the traditional Tac Xinh dance, combined with formations of a tea flower and a circle symbolizing unity, involving nearly 1,000 residents. Another featured activity was the creation of a giant teapot formation on a tea hill. Both activities were officially recognized as Vietnam Records.

In addition to the record certification ceremony, the program featured a variety of cultural activities, including the Tea Opening and Tea Offering ritual, artistic performances, recognition of outstanding traditional tea villages, and award presentations for a logo design contest, the "Colors of the Tea Region" photo contest, and the "Grace of the Tea Region" contest, helping further promote the unique identity of the Vo Tranh tea region.
