Speaking at the launch ceremony, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung emphasized that the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam has ushered in a new era of national development, to make Vietnam a developing country with modern industry and upper-middle-income status by 2030, and a developed, high-income country by 2045.
To realize this aspiration, the country must maintain rapid and sustainable economic growth, striving to achieve an annual growth rate of 10% or higher during the 2026–2030 period.
The Prime Minister affirmed that patriotic emulation is a valuable national tradition and an important driving force for national development. He called on all levels of government, sectors, localities, the business community, and the people to strongly promote patriotism and the strength of national unity, and to actively respond to the emulation movement through practical and effective actions.
Speaking after the launch ceremony, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee, expressed his hope that this emulation movement would be practical, far-reaching, and become a strong driving force for action throughout the political system.
He urged all officials, civil servants, and public employees to further enhance their sense of responsibility, maximize their capabilities, demonstrate determination, and nurture a strong commitment to public service in carrying out their assigned duties, thereby making meaningful contributions to the province’s goals of rapid and sustainable growth during the 2025–2030 term.
