Industrial park revenue reaches USD 16 billion

In May 2026, business and production activities in industrial parks across Thai Nguyen province continued to maintain strong growth momentum. Key indicators, including revenue, exports, and budget contributions, recorded solid increases, providing an important boost to local economic growth.

In the first five months of the year, total revenue generated by industrial parks reached USD 16 billion, increasing more than 9% year-on-year and fulfilling 46% of the annual target. Export turnover totaled USD 14.25 billion, an increase of more than 5.7%, while budget revenue exceeded VND 4.053 trillion, increasing more than 20%.

In May alone, revenue was estimated at approximately USD 3 billion, export turnover reached USD 2.5 billion, and budget revenue totaled VND 355 billion, increasing 7%.

With the current growth momentum, the province’s industrial parks are on track to meet their annual targets and continue to affirm their role as a key driver of economic growth, exports, and state budget revenue.
