Thai Nguyen accelerates high-tech workforce training

On May 22, the University of Information and Communication Technology under Thai Nguyen University held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Samsung Vietnam and Letuin High Tech Vietnam Company, while also launching the 2026 Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) Program. 

Mr. Bui Van Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council attended the event.

As part of the event, representatives of the University of Information and Communication Technology, Samsung Vietnam, and Letuin High Tech Vietnam signed an MOU to promote cooperation in training, scientific research, innovation, internships, and job opportunities for students.

Under the agreement, Samsung Vietnam will establish a Samsung Innovation Campus high-tech talent development center at the University of Information and Communication Technology to support SIC training courses. Students will study in modern practice laboratories meeting industrial standards and gain access to advanced digital training models.

In addition, applied research activities and academic programs such as technology innovation competitions will be strengthened, contributing to the development of students’ innovative thinking and practical skills.
