Mr. Luong Xuan Loc shared: “During holidays, we work 24/7 and are always ready to handle any unexpected situation. Even though it is a day off, all staff stay highly focused to ensure a stable power supply and prevent any disruption”.

The working atmosphere may be quiet, but it requires constant concentration, as even a minor incident can affect the daily life and production activities of thousands of households and businesses.

Deputy Head Vu Dinh Phuoc said: “We developed our holiday duty plan early, strengthened inspections of the power grid, and prepared sufficient materials, equipment, and manpower. Our highest goal is to ensure a safe and continuous power supply throughout the holiday”.

Mr. Le Cao Dat stressed: “During our shift, we regularly monitor the operating parameters, promptly detect and handle any abnormalities. Even on a holiday, the work still requires the same accuracy and concentration as every other day”.
