As one of more than 10 projects under the Nam Thai Urban Area Master Plan, covering a total area of 196 hectares, September 2 Park is not an isolated facility but a key connection point within a cultural, administrative, and residential complex, with nearly 60 hectares of green space, a total investment of VND 1,654 billion. The project also includes a synchronised internal transport infrastructure system extending more than 5 km.
Construction of the park began in March 2025 and was completed in April 2026. Built on an area of 18.3 hectares, the park has a total investment of over VND 300 billion.
September 2 Park is expected to directly serve around 66,000 residents and workers in nearby industrial zones and clusters, contributing to improved quality of life, creating a modern community space, and promoting urban development in the southern area of Thai Nguyen Province.
