National High School Student Sports Tournament in 2023: Thai Nguyen students won silver and bronze medals

Recently, the Provincial People's Committee has held a working session with the World Bank (WB) to review the progress of the dynamic urban development project in Thai Nguyen City. Mr. Le Quang Tien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presided over the meeting. Leaders of departments and relevant agencies of the province and the city People's Committee attended the working session. 

On June 6, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting with Saigon Telecom Technology Joint Stock Company (Saigontel) and its partners on investment promotion in Thai Nguyen province. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired the meeting. 

Masan High-Tech Materials received the “Enterprise for Employees” award at the 14th ceremony in honor of outstanding laborers and officials, enterprises in the period of 2021-2023, and presidents of the grassroots trade union in the period of 2018-2023. ​​​​​​​The ceremony was organized by Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Confederation on May 31.​​​​​​​

With nearly 17,800 contestants, Thai Nguyen reached the top 10 provinces and cities across the country with the highest number of candidates participating in the 5th contest "National English Olympiad for students”.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang recently signed Decision No. 567/QD-TTg, recognizing Phu Binh district as meeting the new rural development criteria in 2022. Therefore, Phu Binh is the first district in Thai Nguyen province to be recognized for meeting the new rural development criteria.

On May 24, in response to the launching of Month of Action for Children 2023, Nui Phao Mining Company Limited (Nui Phao Mining) donated 10 bicycles to disadvantaged students in the Thai Nguyen province. The program was launched with the theme “Joining hands to reduce harm for children” by the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee.

Recently, the Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee signed Decision No. 1021 to establish a special working group to solve difficulties, obstacles, and support businesses, investors, and investment projects in the province. Land clearance is always the most challenging issue for most projects, and the establishment of this group to solve this problem.
