Land clearance is always the most challenging issue for most projects, and the establishment of this group aims to solve this problem.

The special working group consists of over 30 members. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, serves as the Head, and the Director of the Department of Planning and Investment as the Deputy Head. The members include the Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, heads of departments and sectors in the province, Chairpersons of district-level People's Committees, cities, and Deputy Directors of the Department of Planning and Investment.

The working group reviews and consolidates difficulties and obstacles encountered while implementing investment projects in various sectors and localities. It assists the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in directing and coordinating activities between departments and localities to resolve issues arising during the implementation of investment projects. It also seeks consensus and proposes solutions to address difficulties and obstacles related to investment projects within the province.

The working group supervises and monitors resolving difficulties and obstacles under the jurisdiction of relevant departments and localities. It proposes measures to promote investment to attract large-scale projects with advanced technology and spillover effects.

Quarterly or when necessary, the working group reports to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on results, progress, and proposed approaches to promptly resolve the projects' difficulties and obstacles in the province.

The Department of Planning and Investment (as the standing agency) proactively receives and advises on documents sent by departments, units, and localities to the working group. It consolidates and regularly reports as required.

This establishment is expected to help address difficulties and obstacles for businesses on time. It aims to create a favorable business environment and continue attracting investors to the province.
