During the National holiday on September 2, Phan Dinh Phung Ward is organizing a series of street art programs combined with cultural, tourism, and nighttime economic activities, creating additional spaces for recreation and entertainment for residents and visitors.
In the joyful atmosphere celebrating the 81st anniversary of the success of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, the opening ceremony of the Cultural and Culinary Festival and the 2026 program connecting the consumption of arrowroot vermicelli and agricultural products of Thai Nguyen Province took place on the evening of August 31 at Song Cau Walking Street in Bac Kan Ward.
Recently, at the Museum of the Cultures of Vietnam's Ethnic Groups, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Union of Literature and Arts Associations, in collaboration with photographer Vuong Minh Lap, opened the solo photo exhibition titled “Following the Footsteps of Time”.
