During the National holiday on September 2, Phan Dinh Phung Ward is organizing a series of street art programs combined with cultural, tourism, and nighttime economic activities, creating additional spaces for recreation and entertainment for residents and visitors.

Under the theme “Phan Dinh Phung – Creating and Developing,” the program takes place at 8 p.m. on August 29, 30, and 31, and September 2, at Vo Nguyen Giap Square, public spaces around the square, and Doi Can Street.
A wide variety of performances, including mass dancing, ballroom dancing, modern dance, hip hop, musical instrument performances, martial arts, and lion and dragon dances, are creating a vibrant atmosphere throughout the holiday.
