Promoting media cooperation to attract international investment to Thai Nguyen

 On May 15, 2023, the delegation of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology, and Environment, led by Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Deputy Chairman of the Committee, conducted a working session at Nui Phao Mining to assess the company's compliance with environmental protection laws.

On the afternoon of May 12, a delegation from the government of Busanjin District (Busan City, South Korea) led by Mr. Kim Young Wook, District Mayor of Busanjin, visited and worked with Thai Nguyen City. During the working session, both parties agreed to sign a memorandum of cooperation between two sides. ​​​​​​​

At the 32nd Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) held from May 5th to 17th in Cambodia, Thai Nguyen province had 2 coaches and 10 athletes participating in the Vietnamese Delegation.

 From May 5 to 8, 2023, the delegation from the Cooperative Alliance of Thai Nguyen province, along with five tea cooperatives (including Son Dung Tea Cooperative, Tan Huong Tea Cooperative, Hao Dat Tea Cooperative, Tan Cuong Trung Du Tea Cooperative, and Nhat Thuc Tea Cooperative), attended An Huy International Tea Exhibition held at the Hefei Binhu International Exhibition and Conference Center in Hefei, China.

In order to raise students' awareness of this issue, on April 27, representatives from the Research Centre for Gender, Family and Environment, as well as more than 30 lecturers and students from the University of Mining and Geology and the Academy of Journalism and Communication had a working session and field visit at Masan High-Tech Materials.

The import-export turnover of goods in Thai Nguyen province in April 2023 reached 4 billion USD, an increase of 9.34 percent compared to the previous month but decreased by 24.72 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
