Preventing cold stress and starvation in livestock
The Thai Nguyen Department of Agriculture and Environment and the provincial Sub-department of Livestock Production, Animal Health, and Fisheries are conducting inspections of measures to prevent cold stress, starvation, and disease in livestock.
