On World Food Day (October 16), Dr. Qu Dongyu, Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), had an article underlining the importance of managing and protecting water, a finite, precious resource.

Continuing the trip to Australia, on October 11, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, visited and worked with the leader of Melbourne University, while signing the collaboration agreement between 2 universities.
