At a meeting on July 29, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Hau reviewed the progress of compensation, resettlement, and construction of resettlement areas to support the project.

The Yen Binh 2 Industrial Park infrastructure project, developed by Yen Binh Development Investment Joint Stock Company, covers nearly 300 hectares with a total investment of VND 3.65 trillion.
As of July 28, 2026, approximately VND 1.273 trillion had been disbursed, including VND 1.207 trillion for land acquisition and site clearance.
Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman instructed local authorities to accelerate compensation and resettlement work while strengthening public outreach to encourage residents to complete property declarations, accept compensation, receive resettlement land and hand over project sites.
He also urged relevant agencies to speed up the construction of resettlement infrastructure to ensure sufficient land is available for relocated households. The Provincial Land Development Center was asked to mobilize additional personnel and coordinate compensation and resettlement efforts to keep the Yen Binh 2 Industrial Park project on schedule.
