Speaking at the meetings, the Chairman emphasized that, alongside successful investment attraction, developing a supporting industrial ecosystem is essential to the province's long-term development. Therefore, Thai Nguyen Province’s initiative to establish an industrial manufacturing business association aims to create an ecosystem comprising suppliers and supporting enterprises serving FDI companies operating in the province.

The association will not only include local supporting enterprises but will also attract participation from businesses outside the province. Its role will extend beyond supporting FDI enterprises in Thai Nguyen to connecting and assisting other domestic businesses nationwide. In addition, Thai Nguyen Province plans to establish separate Korean and Chinese FDI Business Associations. The establishment of these associations is expected to be completed no later than early July 2026.

Representatives of the enterprises expressed their interest and willingness to join the provincial industrial manufacturing association. Notably, Samsung Vietnam voiced support for Thai Nguyen’s initiative and proposed several measures to enhance the effectiveness of support programs and further strengthen the development of supporting industries.
