The provincial Veterans Association and Youth Union have signed a cooperation program for 2026–2031.

Under the program, the two organizations will focus on fostering revolutionary ideals and educating young people about national traditions, while supporting youth in starting businesses and building careers. Each year, Veterans Association and Youth Union chapters at all levels, from grassroots to provincial level, aim to jointly organize at least one activity to educate younger generations about history and traditional values.

Activities such as historical site visits, meetings with historical witnesses, care for people with meritorious service, and support for veterans and young people facing difficult circumstances will also be strengthened.

Notably, the two sides will coordinate efforts to promote digital literacy and AI literacy among the public, while applying science, technology and artificial intelligence to economic development models. They also aim to provide livelihood support to 1,000 poor and near-poor households, helping them achieve sustainable poverty reduction.

The program also focuses on encouraging young people to fulfill their military service obligations and supporting those returning to their local communities after completing military service in finding jobs and accessing loans to develop their livelihoods. Youth-led initiatives to maintain public security and ensure traffic safety will also be continued.
