Located in Kha Son Commune, Homie Parkia covers more than 21 hectares, with an estimated total investment of 437 billion VND. The project is scheduled to be implemented from the third quarter of 2026 through the second quarter of 2029.
The project is being developed with a coordinated master plan, with residential land accounting for more than 36 percent of the total area, while green spaces and water surfaces make up 21 percent. Technical infrastructure and public facilities will also be developed in a balanced manner. With its convenient location and strong connectivity, Homie Parkia is well positioned to capitalize on the development of industry, trade and services in the southern part of the province.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Loan asked local authorities to step up public communication and mobilize residents, with the goal of completing site clearance for the remaining area in September and making the site available for construction.
She also called on the investor to mobilize resources and accelerate construction of the technical infrastructure, gradually developing a modern, well-planned residential area that meets urban development needs.
On the occasion, TNG Land donated a computer and printer to Luong Ta Hamlet, and provided 100 million VND in funding to support the construction of a concrete road and the courtyard of Lan Mang Pagoda in Luong Ta Hamlet, Kha Son Commune.
The No. 1 Residential Area Project in Luong Phu Commune is expected to help create a new urban landscape and support Kha Son Commune in realizing its goal of becoming a ward by 2030.
