TNG Land Joint Stock Company has been honored among the Top 10 Pioneering Enterprises in Social Housing Development at the 2nd Vietnam National Real Estate Awards (2025–2026).

In recent years, TNG Land has focused on developing housing projects aimed at meeting genuine residential demand, with the goal of creating synchronized, high-quality living environments at affordable prices for residents.

Notable projects include the Dai Thang Social Housing Project and the TNG Viet Bac Social Housing Project, both of which are helping increase the supply of social housing in the locality.
