Connecting labour demand and supply for industrial parks

The 2026 conference on connecting labour demand and supply in industrial parks, recently organised by the Thai Nguyen Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, created a forum for direct exchange among management agencies, enterprises, training institutions, and labour supply units.

At the conference, delegates shared information on recruitment needs and skill standards, adjustments to training programmes to better align with practical requirements, and solutions to ensure a stable labour supply. In addition, state management agencies provided orientations to support more effective labour market connectivity.

In the coming period, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board called on enterprises to improve employee benefits and strengthen on-site training; training institutions to update curricula in line with production technologies; and labour supply units to enhance cooperation and reduce intermediaries. These efforts aim to gradually build a comprehensive human resource ecosystem to meet the development needs of industrial parks across the province.
