Key agenda items included reviewing the development of core and strategic technologies; accelerating the building, integration, and effective utilization of databases; and proposing breakthrough solutions to improve the effectiveness of digital transformation and administrative reform.

In Thai Nguyen Province, an action plan on science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation for the 2026-2030 period has been issued, along with an implementation plan for Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW. Telecommunications infrastructure continues to be strengthened. As of the end of February 2026, 100% of hamlets and residential clusters had mobile coverage; 99.8% of the population was covered, including approximately 70% with 5G coverage; and digital transformation infrastructure had reached 100% of communes and wards.

In his concluding remarks, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh urged ministries, sectors, and localities to decisively implement the 2026 tasks; accelerate institutional reform; develop strategic technologies aligned with practical needs; step up investment in digital and data infrastructure; streamline administrative procedures; and develop high-quality human resources. He also emphasized the need to establish favorable mechanisms and harmonize interests to attract technology enterprises, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of digital transformation and the implementation of Project 06.
