The appraisal council of Phu Binh district has just voted to recognize 10 hamlets meeting the new rural model in 2023. Of which, Tan Duc commune has 5 hamlets (Ngoc Son, Tan Ngoc, Trai Vang, Vien, Quai); Duong Thanh commune has 3 hamlets (An Thanh, Pham 1, Giang); Thanh Ninh commune has 2 hamlets (Quan, Dong Trong).

According to regulations, to achieve model rural areas, hamlets must meet 32 standards of 10 criteria, including Planning; traffic; culture; houses, fences, gates, household gardens; medical; environment; political system and security and order; manufacturing business; poor households; income and content with no outstanding debt in new rural construction. Each hamlet must achieve a minimum score of 90/100 points.
Through actual inspection and scoring, the Phu Binh District Appraisal Council highly appreciated some outstanding criteria of the hamlets, such as Traffic, culture, manufacturing business, political system and security and order... Previously, Pham 2 hamlet in Duong Thanh commune was recognized as meeting standards. Thus, Phu Binh district has 11 model rural villages.
