Striving to become a type II urban area by 2025, Pho Yen city is implementing the project greenery park in Kim Thai urban area, which covers an area of over 6 hectares and is located in Ba Hang ward.

The project includes various components such as landscaping, monument construction, flower gardens, sports fields, playgrounds, concrete courts, stadiums, tennis courts, parking lots, internal roads, and other auxiliary items. The total investment capital exceeds 77 billion VND, sourced from Pho Yen City's budget. In particular, over 47 billion VND is allocated for construction costs, nearly 500 million VND for equipment costs, over 3.2 billion VND for investment consulting, and over 18 billion VND for land clearance expenses.
The project is being carried out by the Management Board of Investment and Construction of Pho Yen City and is expected to be completed in 2024.
The project will create a green park space and improve urban aesthetics. It will be a place for relaxation, leisure activities, and community gatherings to meet the needs of residents. Additionally, it will provide public amenities, gradually improve living conditions for the people, and enhance the infrastructure in the area.
Moreover, the project will contribute to fulfilling the criteria for a type II urban area in Pho Yen City.
