To enhance public awareness of traffic laws and improve road safety skills, the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee has issued Plan No. 256 on the pilot implementation of the campaign: “Safe Motorcycle Riding Training” across the province.
Deputy DDC Director-General Dr. Anek Mungomklang added that 84% of motorcyclists hospitalised between 2020 and 2024 were not wearing helmets.
