In recent years, Thai Nguyen Department of Industry and Trade has actively supported enterprises and cooperatives participating in industrial and commercial exhibitions in provinces and cities nationwide. At the same time, it has supported units in introducing products on electronic trading floors to promote and expand sales channels, provide guidance, and effectively implement the selection of typical rural industrial products.

The Department of Industry and Trade has proposed and organized 6 provincial-level selections of typical rural industrial products, through which 188 products were selected; 4 regional-level selections of typical rural industrial products resulted in 30 selected products, and 4 national-level selections of typical rural industrial products resulted in 17 selected products. Most of the typical rural industrial products at all province levels have local characteristics, with the potential for production development and market expansion.
From now until the end of 2024, the Department of Industry and Trade will actively promote and support enterprises and cooperatives in accessing preferential capital sources to improve production efficiency, product design, quality, enhance competitiveness in the market, and contribute to the development of rural industry.
