Thai Nguyen delegation works with Climate Fund Managers, the Netherlands

On April 16 (local time), the investment promotion delegation of Thai Nguyen Province, led by Mr. Pham Hoang Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, had a working session with the Climate Fund Managers (CFM), the Netherlands. Mr. Tarun Brahma, Global CEO, and Mr. Kevil, CFM Director in Vietnam, received and worked with the delegation.

To date, CFM has invested 420 million USD in protecting and developing a sustainable environment in Vietnam. At the working session, Mr. Pham Hoang Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, expressed his desire for cooperation and invited enterprises to explore investment in infrastructure improvement for the Cau River water source, flood control, and waste treatment in urban areas within the province.

CA Water Co., Ltd. has signed a memorandum of cooperation and investment with Phu Binh Water Supply Limited Company through CFM. It is a project to provide clean water and a clean water pipeline system with a capacity of 10,000 m3/day and night. In the future, the project will increase its capacity to 30,000 m3/day and night to ensure serving the daily needs of the people.

Mr. Tarun Brahma, Global CEO of CFM, emphasized that the Phu Binh Water Plant project is CFM's commitment and a prerequisite for implementing future projects in Vietnam, including Thai Nguyen Province.
