Thanks to funding from the National Target Programs, many households in rural, ethnic minority, and mountainous areas within the province have been able to mechanize production, reduce labor, and increase crop yields. |
Specifically, the National Target Programs on New Rural Development and Sustainable Poverty Reduction is supplemented with 398 billion VND. The Sustainable Poverty Reduction program receives an additional nearly 82 billion VND, and the New Rural Development program is supplemented with over 231 billion VND.
In recent years, the effective implementation of these National Target Programs in the province has been evident, thanks to strong and innovative leadership, as well as active participation from the entire political system. This has helped localities achieve their goals in rural development, improve the quality of life for ethnic minorities and mountainous communities, and promote socio-economic development, particularly in underdeveloped areas.
