On November 21, the Provincial Youth Union organized a commendation ceremony for “Student with 3 Good Criteria" and "“Student with 3 Good Training Criteria" titles at the provincial level for the school year 2022-2023; and launched the program "Border Spring - Sea and Island Tet" in 2023.

The movement “Student with 3 Good Criteria" and "“Student with 3 Good Training Criteria" has been widely deployed by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee among union members and students of high schools, to create an environment and motivation for union members and to self-study, practice, and cultivate ideals, and equip themselves with basic equipment to start a career.

During the program, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee commended 73 students representing 439 students who achieved the title of "3-good student and 3-exercise student" at the provincial level for the school year 2022-2023.
On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union coordinated with the Department of External Security (Provincial Police) to organize propaganda about the sea and islands for Duong Tu Minh High School officials, teachers, and students. This activity will respond to the program "Border Spring - Sea and Island Tet" in 2023.
