Recently, the Thai Nguyen Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the provincial Tourism Association, officially opened the 2026 Tour Guide Contest.

The contest features 24 contestants, including outstanding tour guides and tourism students. Contestants compete in sections testing their knowledge, professional skills, and problem-solving abilities.
The event aims to honor tourism “ambassadors,” contribute to improving the quality of human resources, and help build a professional and friendly image for Thai Nguyen tourism. The contest will select the most outstanding contestants to support the province’s tourism promotion activities in the coming period.
