Groundbreaking ceremony for TNG Viet Bac Social Housing Project

On February 23, in Tich Luong Ward, TNG Land Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the TNG Viet Bac Social Housing Project. Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, attended the ceremony.

The project covers nearly 1.9 hectares, with a total investment of over VND 1.23 trillion. It includes 1,029 apartments in two 22-storey buildings, along with 26 adjacent commercial houses.

The development will also feature synchronized facilities such as a kindergarten, community spaces, parking areas, technical infrastructure, and green landscapes. Once completed, the project is expected to provide stable housing for about 2,400 people.

The project is being implemented under the province’s “green lane” mechanism, helping to streamline administrative procedures and accelerate progress.

Speaking at the ceremony, provincial leaders emphasized that developing social housing is an important task in both economic growth and social welfare, and requested the investor to ensure construction quality and progress. The project is expected to be eligible for sale from the third quarter of 2026.
