On the afternoon of March 31st, the Supervisory Delegation of the National Assembly Standing Committee, led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Hoa, Deputy Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Social Affairs, worked with the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee to monitor the implementation of policies and laws on the development and utilization of human resources to meet socio-economic development requirements, especially high-quality human resources.

Based on the report from the Provincial People's Committee, members of the Supervisory Delegation and leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, and sectors exchanged and clarified some issues regarding policy mechanisms, the current status of human resource development and utilization; recruitment, remuneration, training of high-quality human resources; and improving the quality of human resources in ethnic minority areas. At the same time, they pointed out difficulties in attracting young and talented scientific staff to work in the locality.

Speaking at the meeting, the Head of the Supervisory Delegation said: Thai Nguyen is the third largest educational center in the country, making very important contributions to training high-quality human resources in the northern midland and mountainous region.
