The province currently has 15 certified science and technology enterprises in operation, all of them privately owned. They operate in areas including agricultural processing, new materials, electrical and electronic equipment, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, and environmental protection.
These enterprises play a key role in research, technology application and the commercialization of scientific and technological results, contributing to higher productivity and product quality, technological innovation and sustainable socio-economic development in the province.
Mr. Hoang Van Thien, Director of the Department of Science and Technology said “In the coming period, the department will continue to review and guide businesses that meet the requirements for recognition as science and technology enterprises. At the same time, we will provide information and support to help businesses access preferential policies, promote technological innovation and improve product quality”.
The development of science and technology enterprises is not only essential to consolidating the innovation ecosystem, but also a crucial link in improving the quality of growth in the private sector. Although these enterprises are still at an early stage of development and exploring their potential, they are already opening up promising new opportunities.
Continuing to create favorable conditions, nurture and support these knowledge-based enterprises will be a strategic priority, helping the province turn its potential into a genuine driver of breakthroughs in sustainable economic restructuring.
