Removing obstacles to facilitate the Nui Phao Expansion Project

On the morning of July 13, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee, held a working session with the leadership of Nui Phao Mining and Mineral Processing Co., Ltd. to review the company's business performance and address challenges arising during project implementation.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the delegation conducted a site inspection of the land clearance area for the Nui Phao Expansion Project and the Nui Chiem Project. They also met with the company's leadership to review its business performance and discuss a number of proposals aimed at addressing challenges and accelerating project implementation.

At the meeting, the company raised a number of proposals concerning issues such as natural resource tax, land clearance, implementation plans for several upcoming projects, and measures to optimize resource recovery. The delegation also discussed coordination between the company and local authorities on compensation, resettlement support, and land clearance, as well as the timely resolution of residents' concerns.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee stressed the need for closer coordination between the company and local authorities in compensation, resettlement support, and the timely settlement of residents' concerns, thereby helping accelerate the implementation of key projects.
