Inauguration of Thai Nguyen Provincial Data Center

On the morning of March 13, Thai Nguyen Province held the inauguration ceremony for the Provincial Data Center, with the central venue connected online to 92 commune- and ward-level venues across the province. Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Steering Committee for the Development of Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation of Thai Nguyen Province, attended the ceremony.

The Provincial Data Center includes a Shared Data Repository, an Intelligent Operations Center (IOC), and an upgraded version of the C-ThaiNguyen application, creating a digital infrastructure platform that serves management, administration, and the provision of digital services for people and businesses. So far, the province’s data repository has integrated 42 databases, most of which are connected automatically via APIs and synchronized in real time. Among them are six financial databases connected to the Ministry of Finance.

Provincial leaders and delegates performed the button-pressing ceremony to inaugurate the Thai Nguyen Provincial Data Center and visited the facility. The operation of the Provincial Data Center is expected to serve as a “digital brain” for governance and administration, promoting comprehensive digital transformation, building a modern digital government, and developing the province's digital economy and digital society.
