On the morning of March 7, in Cho Moi Commune, the Standing Board of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen Province organized a meeting between voters and candidates for the 16th National Assembly, Constituency No. 4. The meeting was held in person at the Cho Moi Commune venue and connected online with Thanh Thinh, Yen Binh, Thanh Mai, and Tan Ky communes.

Candidates from Constituency No. 4 included: Mr. Nguyen Dang Binh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Ms. Ho Thi Kim Ngan, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People’s Council of Duc Xuan Ward; Ms. Do Thi Hong Nhung, Deputy Head of the People’s Council Affairs Division, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People’s Council; and Ms. Ly Thi Mai Phuong, specialist at the Party Committee Office of Cho Moi Commune.
At the meeting, the candidates presented their action programs, focusing on contributing to the building and improvement of the legal system; proposing solutions to promote socio-economic development; investing in transport infrastructure; attracting investment in industry, services, and trade; promoting high-tech agriculture; improving the quality of education, healthcare, and social welfare; and accelerating digital transformation.
Voters from the communes expressed their agreement and appreciation for the candidates’ action programs, and hoped that, once elected, the deputies would continue to pay attention to infrastructure investment, tourism development, and the promotion of socio-economic growth in ethnic minority areas.
On behalf of the candidates, Nguyen Dang Binh thanked voters for their trust and affirmed that all opinions and recommendations would be fully received, compiled, and forwarded to the relevant authorities for consideration and resolution.
