5,000 workers of Samsung Thai Nguyen take part in voluntary blood donation

On the morning of March 25, at Samsung Electronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen, the Thai Nguyen Red Cross Society, in coordination with the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion and the company, held the launch ceremony for the 2026 voluntary blood donation program.

At the event, around 5,000 SEVT workers take part in voluntary blood donation.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nong Quang Nhat, Vice Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee, acknowledged and commended Samsung’s contributions to the local socio-economic development. He also praised the company’s strong sense of social responsibility, including the humanitarian blood donation activities carried out by its staff and employees over the past 12 years.

On this occasion, Samsung Electronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee for its contributions to charitable and humanitarian activities. Ten individuals with outstanding achievements in blood donation were also recognized and rewarded.

In response to the launch, around 5,000 workers at Samsung Electronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen participated in the blood donation drive, with approximately 5,000 units of blood collected.
