Recently, a working delegation from the Ministry of Construction, led by Minister Tran Hong Minh, inspected the construction progress of the Cho Moi - Bac Kan Road Project and the project to complete the CT.07 expressway section from Hanoi to Thai Nguyen to Cho Moi.

At the site, the Minister acknowledged the efforts of the units involved in implementing the projects. For the Cho Moi - Bac Kan Road Project, he requested that the investor and contractors maximize manpower and machinery, take advantage of favorable weather conditions to accelerate construction, and ensure the project stays on schedule. Project Management Unit No. 2 was asked to closely coordinate with local authorities to promptly resolve arising difficulties, striving to open the route to technical traffic by the end of 2026.
Regarding the project to complete the CT.07 expressway section from Hanoi to Thai Nguyen to Cho Moi, Minister Tran Hong Minh urged Thai Nguyen Province to coordinate with relevant agencies to urgently finalize procedures so that construction can commence by mid-2026, thereby completing a synchronized transport connectivity system.
Receiving the Minister’s directives, Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan committed that Thai Nguyen would continue to work closely with the investor during the construction process, creating favorable conditions to expedite the progress of the projects.
