The province is home to many industrial parks and clusters, with 234 FDI projects currently in operation, with a total registered capital of USD 11.5 billion. Thai Nguyen expressed its hope that the Ambassador would help connect, accompany, and advise the governments of the two countries to promote cooperation in areas such as industry, education, and culture, with particular attention to cooperation with Thai Nguyen province.
In response, Ambassador Olivier Brochet proposed that Thai Nguyen accelerate the implementation of cooperation projects previously signed, and expressed his hope that in the coming time, both sides would continue to hold specific discussions on potential areas of cooperation between the French Republic and Thai Nguyen province.
