Investment project of Go Pho Yen Commercial Center

On January 28, the Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee held a conference to listen to a report on the proposed investment for the Go Pho Yen Commercial Center project. The conference was chaired by Mr. Bui Van Luong, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.

According to the investor’s report (Viet Nhat Pho Yen Real Estate Joint Stock Company), the proposed location for the Go Pho Yen Commercial Center is in Pho Yen Urban Area, Van Xuan Ward, Thai Nguyen Province. The project has a total investment of over VND 410 billion, with a land use area of more than 12,200 square meters. The construction scale includes a three-story shopping center with a total floor area of about 14,400 square meters, integrating a general supermarket, retail and food and beverage services; entertainment areas and a cinema; as well as technical infrastructure systems, parking areas, and synchronized amenities.

The objective of the project is to form a modern commercial-service complex to meet the growing shopping, consumption, and entertainment needs of residents in southern Thai Nguyen; and to contribute to improving and supplementing service infrastructure for Pho Yen Urban Area, in line with the orientation for urban and industrial-service development in the southern part of the province.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee requested relevant departments and agencies to closely coordinate and guide the investor in completing dossiers and legal procedures, ensuring conditions for the project to be implemented soon according to plan, thereby contributing to the development of a modern commercial-service infrastructure system in the locality.
