Supporting 9 billion VND for provinces in Central Vietnam affected by storms and floods

On the morning of November 30, before the Provincial Party Committee Executive Board meeting, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee held a campaign to support people in Central Vietnam affected by storms and floods.

Delegates at the meeting observed a one-minute silence to honor those who lost their lives due to natural disasters and storms.

Sharing the difficulties and losses faced by localities and residents in the disaster-affected areas, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary Trinh Xuan Truong called on all officials, civil servants, public employees, workers, and people throughout the province to contribute - whether materially, spiritually, or in any way possible - to support the people in Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands who suffered heavy losses in the recent historic storms and floods. He also announced that Thai Nguyen Province would provide 9 billion VND in aid to the affected localities. A working delegation from the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee will visit these provinces to directly deliver the support, helping localities quickly overcome the consequences of the storms and floods.
