Strengthening protection of consumer rights

The Thai Nguyen Provincial Consumer Rights Protection Association has held a conference to review its activities in 2025 and implement tasks for 2026.

The conference commends 12 collectives and individuals for their positive contributions.

In 2025, the Provincial Consumer Rights Protection Association participated in programs organized by the Department of Industry and Trade, such as “Vietnam Consumer Rights Day”; received 17 feedback cases via telephone and 3 complaints submitted in writing; and actively coordinated with relevant authorities to inspect and handle arising cases.

At the conference, delegates discussed directions for activities in 2026 aimed at strengthening coordination among units in consumer rights protection across the province. The conference commended 12 collectives and individuals for their positive contributions to the Association’s activities, helping enhance the effectiveness of consumer protection efforts.
